Compared with her father Travis Barker’s extensive coverage, Alabama’s visible tattoos are small and spread across her hand, wrist, finger and lower back. Photos show them at different times rather than in one frame.
The “Isn’t She Lovely” hand tattoo

In January 2024, Barker showed the words “Isn’t She Lovely” in cursive along the side of her hand after a tattoo-shop trip with her father, Travis. Travis was having his knuckles touched up during the same outing. Barker said Stevie Wonder’s song had been played to her almost every day when she was a baby.
The lyric carries the memory without an extra image. The side of the hand is a small, moving placement, so fine script needs enough spacing to stay legible as it ages.
The tiny diamond stars

Barker has also shown two small, diamond-like stars near her wrist. The thin outlines keep them separate from the hand lettering, and photos don’t establish a personal meaning for the pair.
The lower-back tattoo

Recent photos show a fine-line design low on Barker’s back. It looks wing-like or ornamental, but the images don’t identify a name or meaning. The shape is light and roughly symmetrical.
The design can be covered by a top or shown with a backless outfit.
Family memories in the collection

The tattoo-shop image is context for the family story, not evidence of either design. Barker shared a small cross on her right middle finger after her grandparents died, describing it as a tribute to them. She also showed a “Blessed” tattoo in 2023. Later photos don’t consistently show where that word is placed, so its location remains unclear.
The scale makes the collection work
The designs don’t share a motif, but their small scale keeps one from overpowering another. That gives the collection a consistent feel without making the pieces match.
