Shawn Spears’s tattoos include a Roman numeral clock and hooded figure on his left arm, feathered imagery on his right, and smaller skulls and flowers inside the upper arms. Some designs show clearly during a match; others appear when he turns or lifts an arm.
Spears also wrestled as Tye Dillinger, and the Perfect 10 nickname is tied to that earlier ring name. Older photos can look different because his name, hair and gear have changed. Here are five visible parts of his tattoo collection.
Roman numeral clock tattoo on his left arm

A pale clock face with Roman numerals stands out from the darker shading on Spears’s left arm. Its round edge makes the design easy to pick out before the surrounding details come into view. The dial follows the curve of his upper arm and changes angle as he moves.
Clocks can suggest time or memory, but Spears hasn’t explained what this one means to him. The photo shows the object and its numerals; any personal significance would need his own account.
Hooded reaper tattoo beside the clock

A hooded skeletal figure sits beside the clock on the same arm. The skull-like face is small and framed by the hood, while long folds of fabric stretch the design down the arm. It has a different outline from the clock’s clear circle.
Together, the clock and reaper might bring time and mortality to mind, but that’s a reading of the imagery, not a meaning Spears has confirmed. The broad dial and long robe remain distinct within the dark sleeve.
Feathered bird imagery on his right upper arm

Layered feathers fan across the outside and back of Spears’s right upper arm. Dark edges separate the narrow shapes, with lighter spaces between them. The photo shows the feathers clearly, but not enough of the body to identify the bird’s species.
As he turns, the fan seems to open or narrow around the arm. It’s a broad design on the outside, while smaller skulls sit on the inner side.
Small skull tattoos on his inner right arm

Several small skulls sit on Spears’s inner right upper arm, above the elbow. Their dark eye sockets help distinguish them from the surrounding shading. They’re easiest to see when he opens or raises his arm; a front-facing pose can hide part of the area.
The repeated small faces work differently from the single hooded skull on his left arm. Their personal meaning hasn’t been explained by Spears.
Flower tattoos inside his left upper arm

Broad, rounded flower shapes sit near the underarm on the inside of Spears’s left upper arm. Outlined petals and lighter gaps keep them separate from the gray shading around them. The photographs don’t make an exact species clear, so the forms are best described simply as flowers.
They’re less visible than the clock and reaper, and their softer outlines change the feel of the inner arm. The Chris Van Vliet interview below covers Spears’s wrestling career and return to WWE.
